1. Object.
1.1. In accordance with the obligations established in Law 34/2002, of the Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, this document is to inform the users of the conditions of use of this website.
1.2. Any person who accesses the website and uses its services, is defined as a user, and is obliged to observe and comply with the articles stipulated herein, as well as any other legal regulation that may be applied.
1.3 These conditions are valid indefinitely and will be applicable until the publication of a new version.
1.4 The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without the obligation of giving notice or communicating these changes to the users. It is understood that the publishing of these on the provider's website is sufficient.
1.5 In this sense, it is recommended that this legal warning is revised periodically.

7. - Legislation and jurisdiction
7.1. - The law applicable in the case of dispute or conflict over the interpretation of the terms comprising these Conditions of Use, as well as any other matter related to the website services, is Spanish Law.
7.2 - To resolve and controversy that may arise when using the website and its services, the parties agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of judges and the court unless something else is established in the regulation in procedural matters, and/or the consumers and users if the matter is regarding a consumer. If this consideration is not made, it will be agreed to be subject to the judges and courts in the Province of Cantabria.
